When it comes to assessing staff, we use a combination of "off-the-shelf" assessment instruments, and purpose built exercises, interviews, and activities. We are not tied to one test publisher which means that we can use the tests that best suit your needs. With regard to personality assessment for example, some of the measures we use are shown below:
